LOVE IT>>>NOW OBSESSED!!!...I bought this from QVC...wish I got it here (much cheaper)..wonderful! I work harder and sweat more in this video than on treadmill! I will not say that I have lost any weight, but I have been using my zumba and I have to say that just doing the instructions cd will make you sweat and this is on the beginning, just imaging what will happen once you get to the real part of zumba, probably pass out from all the below action your body will have to do. But I love me some zumba and I really like that fact that he created a exercise that you don't have to get down on the floor to do. It takes motivation and dedications to keep going on and lose the weight and look good.
